We are a German-American couple, experienced in various and international living situations. We are offering a rental for a flexible time period. The recently renovated, fully equipped, and newly furnished mother-in-law suite is located in our house in LÖ-Tumringen. Very quiet residential area, and located close to the recreational area along the river Wiese. You may share our natural garden, an inviting space that is relaxing all year round. Free parking available. The city bus, about 5 minutes walk away, will take you to the main station in 8 min. Space available to park bicycle. Bakery, organic and food shops and restaurants are nearby. The downstairs apartment has its own entrance and is bright and friendly due to its large windows and modern furnishing. Internet, cable connection, smart TV, electricity and water are already connected and ready to go. 45 sqmt (480 sqft) as semi-open floor plan with a bedroom and a large living/dining/kitchen area. Additional use of a shared interior storage room. The monthly full rent is as follows: 550 Euro per month furnished rent without utilities (applicable for 3+ months rental period) 110 Euro utilities (electricity, water, internet, cable TV, public radio fee) From October to April a heating surcharge, because of the high energy prices, of currently 80 Euro / month is due. The apartment can be rented by 1 person for 660 (in Summer ) / 740 (in Winter) Euro per month including all utilities. For one additional person, a surcharge of 50 euros / month will be due. In case of a short rental period of 1 to 2 months, the rent increases by EUR 150 due to the additional administrative and cleaning costs. Are you interested? Write us a little bit about yourself, when you would like to rent the apartment, how you want to finance it (salary, scholarship, parents ...), the reason for moving into the apartment and when you are available for a viewing appointment.
